Job Summary:


Responsible for content management and design of the OMSI web properties, email marketing campaigns, SEO analytics and web projects.

Participate in programs/initiatives to enhance corporate culture, such as:

  • Working effectively with and supporting volunteers throughout the organization
  • Supporting OMSI's Total Guest Experience (TGE)/Customer Service mission & objectives in daily job performance, including diversity initiatives.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Create and deliver OMSI web content.
  • Monitor user experience on OMSI websites, providing recommendations for improvement and implementing updates.
  • Assure all OMSI web-based information is properly documented and archived for future needs.
  • Manage internal requests for creating and updating OMSI web content, including image and video asset preparation.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns by managing list clean up and organizing monthly email content gathering from internal stakeholders and planning out future content.
  • Record and report on digital analytics, including web, social, and email reports.
  • Provide access & training for web updates to other team members.
  • Coordinate with hosting and search engine marketing services as needed.
  • This position is non-exempt, paid  hourly    
  • This position is regular full-time.

Education & Work Experience:



  • Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, computer science or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Dupral (or other content management systems), MailChimp (or other email marketing platforms.
  • Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
  • Minimum two years of experience in digital marketing coupled with the demonstrated ability to create and manage multiple projects.



  • Bilingual - Spanish/English.
  • Basic HTML or web development skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
